MAXFI CRM is an enterprise CRM application provided by Max Systems.
Users cannot create accounts directly inside the app. Accounts are created and managed by the organization or company administrator.
To request deletion of your personal data associated with MAXFI CRM, please contact us at support@maxsystems.az or submit a request through your company administrator.
Please include:
- your full name;
- your work email;
- your organization/company name;
- request type: delete account data / delete personal data / deactivate access.
Data that may be deleted:
- user profile data;
- app access records where deletion is legally and technically permitted;
- device tokens;
- user-generated comments or files where applicable.
Data that may be retained:
- audit logs;
- security logs;
- compliance records;
- records required by law, contract, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory obligations.
Retention period:
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, security, audit, accounting, or compliance purposes.
